Youth Skills Development

Our intervention strategy for developing youths in our host communities is aimed primarily at equipping the youths with appropriate skills necessary for creating employment opportunities and places emphasis on self-reliance and entrepreneurship.

	Shell Intensive Training Programme (SITP) Designed to develop the skills of young Nigerian graduates and technicians to prepare them for employment in the oil industry.

	Youth Development Scheme The Scheme is a vocational, skills-training programme in which participants acquire necessary skills for self employment or eligibility for employment.

	Shell Cup The Shell Cup, an annual soccer competition among all Nigerian secondary schools, is to ensure that talented youths are able to combine education with developing their football skills and career.
