Shell Malaysia has several on-going initiatives geared towards training and learning in helping young Malaysians develop their full potential. As our commitment towards the safety of road users particularly those in schools, Shell conducts a road safety education programme, known popularly as the Shell Traffic Games.

Our social development programmes also included the personal growth and development of our staff and those outside of our organisation.

The Shell Traffic Games is considered one of the major educational tools in road safety awareness for the young.
