Terms & Conditions:
- The promotion period lasts from 1st November to 30th November 2009, both core dates are inclusive (‘Promotion Period’).
- This promotion is open to all Shell & Celcom Customers, valid only while stocks last.
- This promotion is only valid at Shell Select stores in Peninsular Malaysia with e-pay terminals.
- In order to enjoy the RM1 discount, customers need to:
a. pump RM30 worth of petrol at participating Shell station; and
b. purchase RM30 reload for Celcom Xpax at the same station during the same visit. - To claim the discount, Shell customers must present the original receipt(s) during the Promotion Period.
- The discount will be deducted from the total purchase i.e. RM30 worth of petrol + RM30 reload for Celcom Xpax will be charged RM59.
- Any purchase above RM30 for Shell fuel or Celcom Xpax reload doesn’t affect any incremental value of the discount offered (eg. RM60 petrol + RM60 Xpax on the same bill does NOT qualify customers for a RM2 discount)
- The discount offered is not exchangeable for cash.
- Shell Malaysia Trading Sdn. Bhd. (“SMTSB”) & Celcom (Malaysia) Berhad. (Celcom) reserves the right at its absolute discretion to vary, delete or add to any of these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
- These Terms and Conditions, as may be amended from time to time, shall prevail over any provisions or representations contained in any other promotional material or advertising of this Promotion.
- In the event where there is any inconsistency(ies), conflict(s), ambiguity(ies) or discrepancy(ies) between English and Bahasa Malaysia version of these Term and Conditions, the English version of these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
- SMTSB & Celcom reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend this Promotion with or without prior notice. In the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, termination or suspension by SMTSB & Celcom of this Promotion shall not entitle Shell customers to any claim or compensation against SMTSB & Celcom for any and all losses or damage suffered or incurred by Shell customers as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination or suspension.
- In no event will SMTSB & Celcom be liable for any loss or damages including without limitations, loss of income, profits or goodwill, direct or indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive or special damages of any party including third parties howsoever arising whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise, in connection with this Promotion, even if SMTSB & Celcom has been advised of the possibility of such damages in advance, and all such damages are expressly excluded.
