Kota Kinabalu, 30 April 2009: This year's prestigious Kinabalu Shell Press Awards 2009 will be held in Kota Kinabalu on 7 August 2009. The Chief Minister of Sabah, Datuk Seri Musa Hj Aman is expected to grace the ceremony. The annual event aims to recognise journalistic excellence and further enhance the standard of journalism in the state.
Full time Journalists, photographers and producers from the print and electronic media in Sabah and Federal Territory of Labuan are invited to submit entries for the award. Entry form as well as the rules and regulations are available from the Sabah Journalists Association, Media organisations in Sabah and Labuan or from Shell Malaysia website: http://www.shell.com.my
The closing date for submission is 15th May 2009 and are to be addressed to : Secretariat, Shell Malaysia Corporate Affairs, C/o Sabah Shell Petroleum Co. Ltd., 9th Floor, Wisma San Hin, Plaza Wawasan, 88000 Kota Kinabalu (Attn: Coralie James) by 4.00 pm.
