Awards & Certifications

As a demonstration of our leadership in environmental management system and environmental care programmes

• Sarawak Shell Berhad (SSB) won the “Champion in the Large Enterprise Category” of the Sarawak Chief Minister’s Environmental Award for 2003/2004.  Moreover SSB was also awarded the prestigious “Overall Champion” for all categories. 
• Overall champion in the Sarawak Chief Minister's Environmental Award (won by Sarawak Shell Berhad) in 2002/2003.
• Champion in the Large Enterprise Category of the Sarawak Chief Minister's Environmental Award (won by Sarawak Shell Berhad) in 2002/2003

• Sabah Shell Petroleum Company won in the Exceptional category while Sarawak Shell Berhad won in the Notable category in this biennial programme, a prestigious award which is jointly organized by four of Malaysia's leading private sector non-profit organizations concerned with corporate in the 2000/2001 Prime Minister's Hibiscus Award for Environmental Performance.
