Slovenia

Many participants took part in the Slovenia stage, which started with a ceremony in Ljubljana. From here the cars left the city toward Bled, where the group stopped for breakfast before they hit the road in the direction of Kranjiska Gora, a country town renowned for its natural spectacles and breathtaking mountains. The event ended in Nuova Gorica with a Gala dinner at the Perla Hotel. Slovenia presented a gift to the participants; a reproduction of an antique handle statue from the "National and University Library Monument".
