After months of speculation by Indian fans, rumour became reality in late February 2008 as two Ferrari 612 Scagliettis set off from Mumbai on an 74-day ‘Magic India Discovery’ tour, supported by long-time technical partner, Shell.

In 2006 the Pan-American 20,000 Tour kicked off in Rio de Janeiro and took in 16 countries before finishing in New York 84 days later. Fuelled by Shell V-Power and lubricated by Shell Helix Ultra motor oil (Q Horsepower in the USA), Shell supported the tour as the 620 horsepower supercars powered through the North and South American continents.

• Pan-American 20,000 Tour

China welcomed the first ever tour by a car manufacturer in 2005 when Ferrari, fuelled and lubricated with Shell products, completed a 45 day trip, taking in 24,000km – all without an oil change.
