Our customers have asked us to make it easier for them to select the right product for their needs. In response to this request, we have created new brand name structures for our leading marine lubricants and greases.
For instance, all our greases will be known as “Gadus “ from the first quarter of 2011 and many of the specialty grades will reflect what they offer such Refrigeration oils and Heat Transfer fluids.
This exercise will be done in phases across the globe and hence to our Marine customers who are constantly on the move, this will mean receiving products with either old or new names in different countries all the way until July 2011 when we complete this exercise.
To help you with this journey, we will provide you a transition schedule that details when this will happen in each country and a conversion guide that has both the old and new names of our core products. Please speak to you respective Account Manager for more details.

From October 2010 to April 2011 customers will receive both invoice and order confirmation with both the old and new names of products undergoing this change. The delivery ticket however will reflect the actual product delivered.
