Shell BunkerCalc enables you to:

• make specific energy calculations based on the density, sulphur, water and ash levels of your fuel
• make viscosity/temperature conversions
• rate the ignition performance of fuels by making  CCAI (Calculated Carbon Aromaticity Index) determinations
• make blending calculations, to determine both the ratio of two components to give a desired blend and the properties of a resultant blend (assuming the properties of the blend components are well known)
• make quantity calculations - given the density of the fuel at any temperature, the volume delivered and the delivery temperature
• make density/temperature corrections
