Shell is changing our ways of working. We are introducing new and standard processes for handling every aspect of our professional relationship with you in the most efficient way – from ordering to delivery. Part of this is the introduction of a new IT system. In this section, we explain what these changes are and how they may benefit the way we do business together.

New Ways of Working

Shell is changing our ways of working. We are introducing new and standard processes for handling every aspect of our relationship with you in the most efficient way – from order to delivery. These changes will be made in March and April, 2011.

In the following sections, we explain what the changes are and how they may benefit the way we do business together. We are pleased to introduce Shell eServe, an easy to use, free and secure online portal that will be of help when managing your business with us, new features in our used lubricants analysis service, RapidLubeAnalyst (RLA Opica) and new contact details for our International Customer Service Centre.
