Shell Morocco is committed to deliver high quality service to the Mining, Quarrying and Cement industry.

Our customers (85% – 90% open pits) have demanding requirements for Lubricants and Fuels.  We have experience in Transport lubrication for mobile equipment, industrial lubrication for stationary heavy equipment and process plants. 

We are also able to assist in the lubrication of critical equipment in pit and at process plants, e.g. draglines, shovels, excavation and mills.

Amongst many other customers we already service OCP; Managem; Holcim Oujda; Holcim Fes; Italcementi Marrakech; Italcementi Agadir; Italcementi Safi and Lafarge.

We recognise that our customers have special needs and are able to support Vendor Management.  Our products and technical support Services is of high standard and backed by evolving OEM requirements.  We will assist our customers in ongoing improvement of processes to lower cost of operations and increase availability of key equipment. Our Plant audits together with cost down and Total Cost of Ownership programs will identify areas of your operations that our products and services can bring value to through increasing plant availability and lowering the total cost of operations.

Shell already has a significant Power supply and distribution presence in the North of Africa with more development in the pipeline.  We are ale to offer our Power customers OEM approved price competitive products of consistent quality worldwide. 

Our Speciality Lubricant products meet the needs of a range of critical applications proven by field performance and backed by endorsements from Power OEM’s and customers.

We supply:

• open gear lubrication and greasing for Coal fired power plants e.g. Malleus & Stamina;
•  Turbine plants which require fire resistant hydraulic governor fluid e.g. Turbo DR
• Wind and Hydro plant hydraulic and gear oils which are Biodegradable e.g. Naturelle and Omala EPB;
• Greases for Wind plants e.g. Rhodina BBZ;
• Anti lacquer oils for engines prone to lacquering, e.g. Gadina AL;
• Very high TBN oils for engines with very low oil consumption, e.g. Argina XX;
• Speciality transformer oils.
