The customer service center reflects our main objective to build a continuous and strong relationship with our customers.

 

Our Customers

Our customer base includes Retail customers, Lubricants Resellers, Marine customers, Aviation customers, B2C and administrators.

 

Services provided by the Customer Service Center

The main focus of our Customer Service Center is:

  • Better understanding of our customers needs and expectations
  • Customer management (identification, selection, optimization of the communication)
  • To individualize the relationship with our customers with an aim to enhance their satisfaction.

 

The main services provided are :

 

  • To give the basic tariffs of the products.
  • To manage the orders from creation to the delivery including the modifications, cancellations and rush orders.
  • To manage the deliveries following the constraints or suitability of the customers.
  • To give information on the availability of the products. 
  •  To inform the customer for the change of initial orders or failures deliveries.
  •  Follow-up and treatment of the complaints not `' OTC' ' customers. 
  • Provide technical Information on the products. 
  • Telemarketing campaign (if necessary)
