Note:
The above forms can be used to transfer either RDS ordinary A or B shares.
Shares transfers from/to the Dutch market will be completed in CREST, through the Dutch custodian’s CREST counterparty.
Transfers into the Dutch market will be subject to Stamp Duty at 1.5% of the value of the shares transferred.
