Shell Canada

The offer on Shell Canada shares has expired and the compulsory acquisition process has been completed, consequently the shares have been de-listed from the Toronto Stock Exchange as of the close of the market on April 25, 2007.

Shell Canada will not file any further earnings reports. The assets and operations in Canada are in the process of being fully integrated in the RDS business model and ways of working.
