Rimula X is a best-selling, high performance oil suitable for a broad range of on and off-road turbo engines.

Exclusively developed by Shell scientists, Rimula X uses a unique combination of booster additives to ensure enhanced protection and longer life. It's calcium-based detergents optimise diesel performance.

 

Reduced wear

 

Rimula X keeps you on the road for longer, with excellent protection against wear, even with aged and sooty oil. Extensive tests demonstrate that using Rimula X can reduce engine wear by 60-70% in Cummins engines, reduce ring wear by 50% in Mack engines and provide superior protection against wear in Mercedes engines.

 

Better lubrication and less sludging

Rimula X offers excellent lubrication whatever the climate, providing extra safety margins at low temperatures. The new formulation resists breakdown by heat. Our new additive chemistry ensures ideal lubrication throughout the drain, minimising sludging and controlling the higher soot levels characteristic of modern, low emission engines.

Rimula D Extra 15W-40

High performance multigrade diesel engine oil for longer engine life in wide range of turbocharged and non-turbocharged engines.

 

Rimula D Extra is high performance oil suitable for a broad range of on- and off-road turbocharged and non-turbocharged engines. Specially formulated to meet the tough load requirements of turbocharged and non-turbocharged engines. Recommended for use is buses working on long distances, and stop start conditions.

 

It provides excellent engine protection by reducing wear and tear resulting in

 

1. Reduced maintenance costs, hence increase in profitability

2. Reduced downtime

Rimula D 40

High quality monograde engine oil for high load and warmer climate. Suitable for naturally aspirated older engines.

 

Rimula D 40 monograde is cost effective protection for relatively older engines working in tough load situation in hot ambient temperature. Also suitable for use in stationary applications such as pumps or small generator sets with intermittent operation.

 

Excellent TBN retention reduces corrosive wear of the engine parts and ensures prolonged cost effective protection though out the drain period.

 

Reduces engine oil top-ups thus reducing expenses on lubricants.

Rimula C 20W-40

Heavy duty multigrade diesel engine oil for cost effective protection under light/heavy-duty applications in naturally aspirated engines.
