Waterproofing damp proofing and prevention of rust and rot.

General purpose waterproofing material for use on such materials as concrete, asbestos cement, roofing felt and mastic asphalt as a water and moisture barrier. Provides protection against corrosion of pipes, structured steelwork and other metallic equipment, for use as a bituminous primer on permeable surfaces such as concrete, when diluted with water.

Shell Flintkote can be used in wet area such as toilet, water tank, swimming pool, kitchen, Floor, and also at exposed situation like podium deck with screed protection. Shell Flintkote 3 comes in a range of pack size 1lt., 3.5lt., 18lt.

Application Instruction

• All surfaces to be treated must be dry, clean sound and free of all surface coating and contaminate.
• Apply a thin prime coat of Flintkote Penetration Primer for best performance or alternatively, apply a thin prime coat o Flintkote Colourflex diluted with water (1:1). Allow to dry.
• Apply 2 neat coats of Flintkote 3 over the entire area to be waterproofed at about 0.75 lt/m2 per coat by brush, roller or squeegee. Allow to dry between coats.
• For maximum protection, reinforcing fabric (Flintkote FG4 glass fibre or Flintkote P3030 polyster fabric) is embedded into the first coat during wet and further coated (Wet on wet) with the second coat Flintkote Colourflex).

Shell Flintkote 3 dapat digunakan pada daerah lembap seperti toilet, tanki air, kolam renang, lantai, dapur dan juga daerah terekspose sperti podium dak yang memakai screed protection. Tersedia dalam ukuran 1lt., 3.5lt., dan 18lt.

Petunjuk Pemakaian

• Kondisi permukaan yang akan menerima Flintkote 3 harus bersih, kering, rata dan terbebas dari segala debu / kotoran / minyak.
• Aplikasikan lapisan tipis primer coat (Flintkote Colourflex & air= 1:1), tunggu sampai kering.
• Aplikasikan 2 kali coat Flintkote 3 murni bersilangan dengan menggunakan kuas atau roll. Untuk dak dibutuhkan 0.75 lt/m2. 
• Untuk pemakaian yang terekspos, harus diberi screed protection.

 Jika ingin diberi keramik atau plesteran pada dak beton:

• Taburkan pasir merata sebelum lapisan akhir flinkote 3 mengering.
• Lakukan proses plestea tau pemasangan keramik

Shell Flintkote Colourflex is a unique one part water-based tripolymer coating which cures to form a tough but elastic waterproofing membrane bonded securely to the substrate. Shell Flintkote Colourflex is UV resistant and is specifically designed for exterior waterproofing applications with no pounding situations. It can be applied on concrete, fibrous cement sheet, concrete block, brick, metal and bituminous membrane.
 
Shell Flintkote Colourflex also can be used in exposed situations like exposed roofing, podium decks, box gutters, external wall, parapet walls, window and balcony dooring sills. Shell Flintkote colourflex comes in a range of pleasing colours i.e. white, grey, mid grey, brown, sand, red, green and clear colour designed to enhance the appearance of your building and a range of pack size 1 kg., 5 kg., and 18 lt (23 kg).

Application Instruction

• Apply 2 neat coats of Flintkote Colourflex over the entire area to be waterproofed at about 0.5-0.75 lt/m2 per coat by brush, roller or squeegee. Allow to dry between coats. For exterior wall, Colourflex could waterproof for 2.5 – 3.5 m2/lt.
• For maximum protection, reinforcing fabric (Flintkote FG4 glass fibre or Flintkote P3030 polyster fabric) is embedded into the first coat during wet and further coated (Wet on wet) with the second coat Flintkote Colourflex).

A multipurpose liquid rubber waterproofing membrane with unique buit in reinforcement.

Shell Flintkote Hydroguard is unique water based liquid rubber membrane containing micro fiber reinforcement. This integral reinforcement eliminates the use of reinforcing fabric and thus preventing blistering or wrinkling associated with the use of reinforcing fabric in exposed or ponded situations. Flintkote Hydrogurard provides a homogeneous barrier with no laps, joints or over flashing, which is not affected by UV or temperature extremes.

Flintkote Hydroguard can be applied on concrete, fibrous cement sheet, concrete block, render, brick, metal and bituminous membrance.

Flintkote Hydroguard adalah produk waterproofing berbentuk lapisan karet yang mengandung micro fiber reinforcement. A water-based,  elastomeric SBS modified bituminous waterproofing coating.

Flintkote Ultra is a liquid applied, single-pack elastomeric waterproofing coating that provide long lasting waterproofing on applications which require enhanced elongation characteristics. Flintkote ultra is made of SBS rubber modified bitumen that cures to form a seamless waterproofing membrane that is durable highly flexible and elastomeric. Its excellent elastomeric property allows the cured membrane to accommodate thermal stress typically found in roofing application.

Typical applications will include concrete roofs, asbestos cement, roof, exposed metal roofs, and rejuvenation of asphalt roof, retaining walls, external concrete walls, above-grade floor slabs, bathrooms, kitchens, balconies and planter boxes.

Flintkote Ultra adalah produk elastomeric waterproofing dengan system aplikasi liquid yang melindungi dengan tahan lama. Flintkote ultra terbuat dari modifikasi bitumen SBS rubber yang dapat membentuk lapisan yang flexible dan elastis.  Merupakan elastomeric terbaik sebagai lapisan pelindung yang dapat mengakomodir tekanan suhu tinggi pada aplikasi di atap.

Flintkote FG4 is an open mesh woven glass fabric for the reinforcement of aphalt, bitumen mastic, bitumen emulsions and waterproofing coating.

FG4 can be used for reinforcing asphalt, bitumen emulsion or waterproofing coatings used for waterproofing applications, tank lining and wrapping.

High Penetration Bituminous Primer

Flintkote penetration primer is a highly penetrative thin bituminous solution, black in colour. Flintkote penetration primer can be used as a primer for concrete substrates, cementitious screeds/renders, bitumen felt, mastic asphalt, weathered corrugated iron and steel, wood surface prior to the application of bituminous materials.

Flintkote Aluminium is a bituminous-based aluminium protective coating of spraying or brush consistency. Dried to a bright silver finish.

Flintkote Alumunium can be used as a light/heat reflective and decorative coating over bituminous coating and primed steel.
