At the end of third quarter 2007, Shell accelerates its retail presence by officiating its 18th retail service station located at Serpong Raya, Tangerang West Java. Shell Indonesia started the year with 5 retail service stations and has grown to 18 in a few months. This reinforces Shell’s long-term commitment in the Indonesia market. Josef Waltl, Executive Vice President Retail of Royal Dutch Shell said: “With 18 retail service stations operating in the Greater Jakarta area and a handful of sites due for commissioning this year, we also plan to expand to other cities in Indonesia.
