Exclusive Two Speed Ferrari Model Car Collectibles Now on Offer

The Shell-Ferrari technical partnership goes back 60 years and from the beginning, Shell products contributed to Ferrari’s success by supplying fuels and lubricants specifically designed to run at extreme conditions. As part of a customer experience program to celebrate this partnership, Shell Indonesia is now offering two-speed Ferrari model car collectibles exclusively designed for Shell for only Rp 29,500 per item, for every customer purchasing 20 liters of Shell fuels, from 9 September to 9 November 2007. These cars are pulled back on a smooth flat surface, when released they accelerate forward in 1st gear then 2nd gear engages and acceleration increases.

Shell Indonesia Retail Manager Jawwad Cheema said, “We fully realize the impressive growth of Shell’s market in Indonesia. Indonesia is the key market for Shell and this program is one of our strategies to give customers a real difference and develop loyalty. Through this global promotion, Shell has gained tremendous responses in many other countries around the world. We are very proud to introduce this program in Indonesia as our customers are very enthusiastic with Shell’s products”.

He added, “At Shell, we believe that not all fuels are the same. We are committed to improving fuel quality and services for our customers and we aim to make a real difference for every customer everyday.  Each car is unique and Shell has the most appropriate fuels for all car types”.

Shell development for high quality fuel has been long term, with a working technical partnership forged between Shell and Ferrari across the Grand Prix circuits of the world. At each race, the Shell ‘Track Lab’ provides Shell scientists with a unique and cutting-edge mobile laboratory, enabling fuels to be monitored and tested under the most severe conditions. This development on the racetrack is then fed back into Shell’s road fuel development programs to benefit the everyday motorist.

Shell and Ferrari’s technical partnership assists Shell to develop its fuel and work towards meeting the highest possible standards.

All of Shell retail stations in Indonesia meet consumer demand for high-speed, modern gasoline pumps with digitally printed receipts, and free air pumps. This is in addition to a range of high quality fuels consisting of Shell Super and Shell Super Extra, with octane levels of 92 and 95 respectively, and Shell Diesel that is recommended for all types of diesel-powered vehicles. All Shell fuels are uniquely formulated to help keep the engine clean.
