On 18 July 2007, Shell Indonesia received the Indonesia's Most Admired Companies (IMAC) Award 2007 for Oil & Gas category for its best Corporate Image, by BusinessWeek Magazine and Frontier Consulting Group. The award was presented to Darwin Silalahi, Country Chairman and President Director of Shell Indonesia. IMAC Award is the most prestigious and credible award given to companies, which has the best company image in its industry category, based on independent survey result done by Frontier Consulting Group - Research Division. Respondents of the survey included journalists, investors, middle up to high level executives and also general publics. The award scoring is based on reputation criteria reflecting: - Quality (Customer care, High quality product/service, Trustworthy, Innovative)
- Performance (Growth of company, Good management)
- Responsibility (Environment responsibility and Social responsibility)
- Attractiveness (Ideal & admired working place, Good employee quality)
