Media technology days

These events can provide journalists with insights into our ability to apply and integrate technologies, and the opportunity to meet some of the experts and technical specialists behind some of our key research programmes and to visit a working laboratory where pioneering research is being carried out.

Delegates also have the opportunity to discuss emerging industry trends with some of our experts or technical specialists, and can acquire useful background on the energy issues at the top of the news agenda.

For instance, past events have featured revealing demonstrations of our state-of-the-art carbon mineralisation technology. We have also shone the spotlight on our innovative approach to carbon and energy management, and the high-performance refining technologies and catalysts that we have developed through experience gained from working with operating refineries all over the world.

All journalists receive a full press pack that may contain such as items as video footage, presentations, background information, speaker biographies and photographs.
