Over 60 years of shared passion for performance

The first thing we see is a map of the world highlighting London, Rome, Hong Kong, Rio de Janeiro, New York and Monte Carlo. The title "The making of Circuit" appears at the end of this sequence.

The action moves to the filming of a beautiful blood red 1952 Ferrari F500 roaring down a spectacular-looking tree lined road in Italy. We then cut to a Shell petrol station in Italy where we see a 2006 F1 Ferrari being filmed re-fuelling.

After this, there follows an extended sequence involving the filming of a total of six cars in exotic locations around the world. The additional cars are a 1967 Ferrari 312 on Park Lane in New York, a 1970 Ferrari F213B in Hong Kong, a 1997 Ferrari 310B beside Ipanema beach in Rio de Janeiro and a 2003 Ferrari F1 car on the streets of Monte Carlo.

In each case, we see wide and close-up shots of the cars and film crew as the crew work to put together the commercial. We also see reaction shots from onlookers as they witness these incredible cars in action on the roads of their home cities.

The film ends with a close-up shot of a Ferrari road car and a repeat of the initial title sequence.
