Our approach

Our contribution to tackling air pollution starts with reducing the emissions from our facilities that contribute to smog and acid rain - nitrous oxide (NOx), sulphur dioxide (SO2) and volatile organic compounds (VOCs). It continues with helping our customers reduce their emissions through providing cleaner products and technologies for electricity generation and transport.

We also work with governments, international organisations and vehicle manufacturers to raise awareness, align incentives and promote new developments.
