Product stewardship
We take a responsible approach to our products, from development and production to transport, sale, use and disposal. Product stewardship for us includes working at each stage in a product’s life cycle to keep it safe for people and the environment.
Fuels, bitumen and lubricants
As the largest single-branded retail network in the world and the leading lubricants supplier, we recognise that it is vital to help our customers to safely handle our products.
Chemicals
The petrochemicals we make are used by our large industrial customers to make many everyday products. We provide information all along the supply chain to support safe handling of products.
Animal testing
We only use animal testing when there is no reliable alternative and we aim to ensure these tests are as humane as possible.
