Instructions and Deadlines

At the top of each of the questionnaires below, there are clear instructions on how to complete the entry.

These are the strict deadlines for your entries :

• 31 March 2008: the questionnaires for your entry into the Special Awards of your choice. You can send a dossier to complete information for the Judges concerning the Design, Communication, Eco-Design Award, Technical Innovation and Safety Awards.

• 30 April 2008: the questionnaire and the dossier for the Activity Award.
  

• 22 May 2008: the judges will meet to select the short-listed teams. Only the short-listed teams will receive a visit from the judges in the pit area. A list of these teams will be posted at the Participant Reception Desk in Nogaro.

Please fill in the questionnaires downloadable below and return them (typewritten in english and by e-mail please) to the following e-mail address: shell-eco.marathon@shell.com.
