Shell Alvania greases are lead free, lithium based Extreme Pressure (EP) multi purpose greases, offering excellent water resistance and vibration resistance. Shell Alvania is available in many grades, suited to a wide range of applications and operating requirements.

Alvania EP (LF) - General Purpose Extreme Pressure Industrial Grease

Shell Alvania Greases EP(LF) are premier quality, multipurpose, lead-free (LF), extreme-pressure industrial lithium based greases. They are designed for the grease lubrication of rolling element and plain bearings such as those found in the steel, paper, mining, quarrying and construction industries.

Alvania RL - Premium Multipurpose Grease

For use on lightly loaded plain & rolling element bearings under a wide range of conditions up to 120°C. Used in electric motor bearings generators, alternators and pump bearings. Not suited for extreme pressure applications.

Alvania HDX 2 - High Performance Grease for Severe Duty Application

Shell Alvania Grease HDX 2 is a super high performance grease for the lubrication of industrial bearings subjected to the most arduous conditions. It is based on high viscosity index mineral base oil and a mixed lithium/calcium soap thickener. It contains extreme-pressure, anti-wear, anti-corrosion and adhesion additives. The addition of molybdenum disulphide provides additional resistance to shock loading.

Alvania HD 2

Shell Alvania Grease HD 2 is a general purpose industrial grease, which is based on high viscosity index mineral oil and a mixed lithium/calcium soap thickener. General purpose industrial applications, especially where extreme vibrating conditions are experienced.

Alvania GL00 Shell Alvania Greases  GL00 offer the excellent performance expected of the world's leading brand of grease, which is designed for the grease lubrication of  those found in the steel, paper, mining, quarrying and construction industries.

Shell Alvania Greases GL 00 are specifically designed for:

-- Steel mill lubrication where a softer grease is necessary for specialised dispensing systems.

-- Heavy duty plain and rolling element bearings operating under severe conditions including shock loading in wet environments

-- Gearbox applications where semi-fluid greases are required

Shell Albida Grease  is an excellent multi-purpose industrial grease for heavy-duty bearings operating at high temperature.

Albida EP 2

Shell Albida Grease EP2 is a high performance multi-purpose grease for industrial applications, which is especially suitable for heavy-duty bearings operating at high temperature and under severe load such as those found in continuous casting , vibrating sieves , quarries , breakers , roller conveyors ,etc.

Albida HD 2

Shell Albida Grease HD2 is a high performance, high temperature grease for heavy duty industrial applications.

It's recommended for those heavy duty slow moving plain and rolling bearings operating in the severe environments: heavy-duty heavy loads, high levels of vibration, high temperature, water rich environments, such as those applications found in Steel, Mining, Cement, Paper, Chemical industry, etc.

For applications where extreme temperatures are experienced, Shell recommends Stamina high temperature greases.

Stamina Grease RL 2 - Premium Industrial Bearing Grease

Shell Stamina RL Grease is a super high performance grease designed to meet the most severe demands for grease lubrication in automotive and industrial applications. It is based on a a special diurea thickener to give long life, low wear and shear-stable properties at high temperatures.

Stamina grease HDS 2 - Specialty Grease fr High Temperature and Severe duty application

Shell Stamina HDS grease is a high performance, extreme pressure, high base oil viscoisty, polturea specialty grease. It is based on a special dilurea thicker to give long life and outstanding wear protection at high temperature.

Recommended to use for low to medium speed, heavy duty, high temperature, industrial bearings, espeically those found in the steel and paper industries.

Shell Malleus GL is a range of premium quality, lead free, full extreme pressure lubricants developed for the lubrication and protection of open gears and wire ropes subjected to extremes of ambient temperature and operating conditions. It is a unique blend of High Viscosity Index paraffinic mineral and synthetic base oils with carefully selected additives to provide optimum performance.  Its balanced formulation allows the lubricant to stay soft and pliable over long periods, thus eliminating the build-up of lubricant in the roots of the gear teeth.

Semi-synthetic, solvent free-open gear lubricants for mining and industrial applications. These fluid greases form an adhesive film with exceptional load carrying ability. Specifically formulated for use in draglines, shovels, and excavators.

Malleus ET Grease, an extreme-pressure grease, blended for industrial applications operating at temperatures up to 600°C, is also available.
