Don Weaver became the General Manager of the Norco site on 1 March, 2010. Prior to this, Don was General Manager of the Mobile site.
Don started his career with Shell in 1981 as a process engineer at the Deer Park site. Since then Don has held technical and management positions of increasing responsibility at a number of Shell and Shell Joint Venture manufacturing locations.
Don graduated from the University of Kansas with a BSc in Chemical Engineering. During his spare time, Don enjoys spending time with his family, keeping fit, gardening, swimming, basketball, skiing and doing other outdoor activities. He is fluent in Spanish.
