David Van Kleeck is the Regional Technology Manager for Ethylene Oxide and Glycols, based at the Shell Global Solutions Westhollow Technology Center in Houston, Texas. In this role, he is responsible for process development, manufacturing technical service and product support to the Ethylene Oxide and Glycols business.
David has a BSE in Chemical Engineering from Princeton University and a PhD in Chemical Engineering from Rice University.
David has been with Shell for 29 years and has had numerous assignments supporting both refining and chemical processes. His research and management experience includes work in the detergents, solvents, resins and glycols businesses.
His outside interests include volunteer work as a Boy Scout adult leader and training as a Black Belt in TaeKwonDo. David is married with two sons.
