Bob, along with others elected to the SDA’s 25-member Board of Directors, will help guide SDA’s transition in 2010 to its new name, the American Cleaning Institute.
“I’m delighted to take up the role of Vice Chair of the Soap and Detergent Association,” said Bob. “I look forward to working with the Board of Directors and member companies to promote improvements to health and the quality of life through sustainable cleaning products and practices.”
Established in 1926, SDA is a non-profit trade association representing manufacturers of household, industrial and institutional cleaning products; their ingredients and finished packaging; oleochemical producers; and chemical distributors to the cleaning product industry.
SDA’s members produce more than 90% of the cleaning products marketed in the US. For more information, visit: www.cleaning101.com - opens in new window.
