The Shell Recruitment Day
If you want to come and work with us and make a career at Shell, your first step is to chose the route you want to take. One of these is a Shell Recruitment Day, which provides us with the opportunity to find out more about you, watch how you work with other people, and see if you've got the qualities and expertise we're looking for.
Amongst other things, you'll participate in activities that include a group discussion and role playing, a case study analysis and presentation, and a general proposal and presentation.
If you're interested in a technical role, you'll participate in a technical presentation or interview, while candidates for other businesses will work on a business scenario.. Based upon your performance and the skills and knowledge you display, we may offer you a job.
If you want to join us on one, we'll ask you to complete an application form and send us your CV. If we think you have the knowledge and skills we need, you'll be invited for an interview.
We'll assess you against Capacity, Achievement, Relationship skills and Technical skills (CART) and if you're successful, we'll send you a guide to help you prepare for the Shell Recruitment Day. The pack provides an overview of what you can expect to do and the people you'll be working with.
