If you have what it takes to become a leader, we'll give you all the support you need to succeed. For example, we run a range of formal leadership programmes. These include Mid-level and Executive Leadership Programmes in both Assessment Development and Leadership Education.
We also have learning partnerships with top international business schools, including the renowned INSEAD, one of the largest graduate business schools in the world. Since 2001, more than 380 Shell executives have participated in tailored leadership programmes on the INSEAD campuses in France and Singapore. In addition, we deliver a Group Business Leadership Programme (GBLP) in partnership with the Wharton Business School at the University of Pennsylvania. The GBLP has been designed to support our future leaders in developing the skills and strategic management capabilities they'll need to succeed within a global business context.
