We use a global multi-disciplinary network of experts - internal and external - to bring together diverse knowledge and expertise in various areas. This enables us to achieve joint goals and operational excellence in exploration and production. We also work to develop new tools and technologies. Within our group, we have a focused research and development effort that includes several groundbreaking joint industry projects. Implementing these new technologies enables us to become industry-recognised leaders. I enjoy the multi-faceted nature of the job and the intricate network of the various issues we face. It’s down to us to make sure that the most innovative technologies are available and applied in the design of new processing routes as well as in the development, improvement and innovation of products. We use in-house expertise as well as acquiring technologies from third parties.
