My role at Shell is challenging but very rewarding as I'm responsible for managing IT incidents for Downstream One. This involves understanding a complex IT landscape that includes three major ERP systems and several hundred supporting applications. • Implementing global projects around the world, such as SAP
• Providing consultancy in IT strategy, business performance improvement, application development, supply chain management and strategy support
• Participating in pre-sale activities, such as developing proposals and performing business analysis
