 | We help drive the global HR processes including pay, stock options, talent review, performance management, promotions, employee relation issues and hiring. There is also a lot of interface with employees and top management. I find myself multi-tasking with both global and local responsibilities, determining priorities, deciding employee issues. For the first nine months of my job, I was doing this, as well as leading the HR Functional Excellence global project responsible for developing an online HR competency assessment system.
