A graduate is someone who is nearing the end of a Bachelors, Masters or Advanced degree or who has one of these degrees. Candidates will also need to demonstrate that they have certain qualities that indicate the potential to become a leader. These qualities concern intellectual, motivational and interpersonal skills as well as technical competence. In addition, please note that some countries/regions may have additional local requirements.
