By signing and submitting an easyPAY application form, you also certify that the information provided by you is true and correct, you request that we issue the easyPAY tag(s) specified by you and you agree that when you use your easyPAY tag(s) you are charging your Shell purchases to your credit card account with your designated Card Issuer, and that you will pay for your Shell purchases in accordance to the terms and conditions of your card agreement with the designated Card Issuer. You also further agree that the easyPAY device is and will remain our property, that you will return the easyPAY tag(s) to us immediately upon request and that we may deactivate the easyPAY tag(s) at any time without notice to you. easyPAY™ is a trademark of Shell Canada Limited.
