Preservation oil for aviation piston engines

Application: Protects against rust and corrosion during storage. It’s also a "flyaway" oil and it may be used in normal flight operations for up to 50 hours of engine life.

AeroShell 4 fluid

Mineral hydraulic fluid

Application: May be used in aircraft applications where a MIL-H-5606A (obsolete) specified hydraulic fluid is required. May also be used in industrial and mobile hydraulic systems when extremely low startup temperatures are expected. Also used in hydraulic systems calling for non-zinc type hydraulic fluids in low temperature applications.

Mineral ‘super-clean’ hydraulic fluid

Application: May be used in aircraft applications where a MIL-H-5606G specified "super clean" hydraulic fluid is required. May also be used in industrial and mobile hydraulic systems when extremely low startup temperatures are expected. It can also be used in hydraulic systems calling for non-zinc type hydraulic fluids in low temperature applications.

AeroShell  5M-A fluid

Helicopter transmission EP gear oil

Application: Used to lubricate heavily loaded gears in traslation units of contra-rotating propellers, radar gearboxes and constant speed alternator drives. It’s also recommended for helicopter transmissions/gearboxes specifying MIL-L6086 oils. And it’s suitable as an extreme pressure lubricant for heavily loaded pins, bushings and gear mechanisms.

AeroShell 4 – Mineral hydraulic fluid


Aeroshell 4 fluid  is a mineral oil based hydraulic fluid containing an oxidation inhibitor and a non-zinc anti-wear additive. It is dyed red for identification and leak detection purposes. It may be used in aviation and industrial hydraulic systems where very low temperature flow properties are desired and synthetic rubber seals are in use. It is not recommended for systems using natural rubber seals.

AeroShell 41 – Mineral ‘super-clean’ hydraulic fluid


AeroShell 41 fluid is a mineral oil based "super clean" hydraulic fluid containing an oxidation inhibitor and a non-zinc anti-wear additive. It is dyed red for identification and leak detection purposes. It may be used in aviation and industrial hydraulic systems where very low temperature flow properties are desired, synthetic rubber seals are in use and "super clean" solid particle contaminants standards are required. It is not recommended for systems using natural rubber seals.

AeroShell 5M-A – Helicopter transmission EP gear oil


AeroShell 5 M-A fluid is a mineral oil based hydraulic fluid containing an oxidation inhibitor to protect moving parts and an extreme pressure additive to provide lubrication of heavily loaded bearings, pins, bushings, and gear teeth. It must not be used in turbine or reciprocating engines.
