Calgary, Alberta – Clive Mather, President and CEO, Shell Canada Limited announces that Cathy Williams, Chief Financial Officer and Ian Kilgour, Senior Vice President, Exploration and Production, will retire in June 2007. Both have had distinguished careers with Shell Canada over many years, making significant contributions to the company’s success.

The announcement comes as Royal Dutch Shell assumes full ownership of Shell Canada following its successful acquisition of the minority interest in the Company.

Ms. Williams was appointed Chief Financial Officer for Shell Canada in 2003. During her 22-year career with Shell, she worked in a variety of finance roles, including two overseas assignments with Shell International.

Mr. Kilgour retires with over 30 years of service with Shell Canada, almost entirely in the company’s exploration and production division.  Following assignments in Alberta and Nova Scotia he was appointed to his current position in 2002.
