Gift certificates are available for purchase at participating Shell service stations. You can also order certificates through the Shell Helps Customer Support Centre at 1-800-661-1600.

What denominations of gift certificates are available?

We offer $2, $5, $10 and $20 gift certificates.

What are the methods of payment for Shell gift certificates?

Where can Shell gift certificates be redeemed?

They can be redeemed at any Shell, Beaver, Turbo and Payless stations in Canada. 

What can I purchase with Shell gift certificates?

Gift certificates can be redeemed for fuel and in-store purchases. They cannot be used to purchase gift certificates, are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund.

Do I get AIR MILES reward miles with my purchase of gift certificates?

AIR MILES reward miles will be awarded when the gift certificate(s) are redeemed at any participating Shell stations and affiliates (Beaver, Turbo and Payless).

Do the gift certificates expire?

No. Shell gift certificates with an expiry date printed on the face of the certificate are valid.

What if my certificates are stolen or lost?

Shell is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.

Can I redeem my AIR MILES reward miles for gift certificates?

AIR MILES Collectors can redeem 175 reward miles for a $20 Fuel Certificate or 75 reward miles for 2 car wash certificates by calling 1-888 AIR MILES.  Or order online on www.airmiles.ca (opens in a new window). Visit our Fuel and Car Wash Rewards page for details.

Can AIR MILES Car Wash certificates be redeemed for in-store purchases?

No. Car Wash certificates can only be redeemed for an Ultimate, Deluxe, Basic or fifteen minute timed car wash at participating Shell service stations.
