Shell Bitumen is a global organisation with core competencies in marketing, supply &operations,  research & development and technical support that ensure that we support our international infrastructure customers wherever they operate throughout the world.

This is complemented by regional and local Shell Bitumen staff who work with our customers operations to deliver on time, on site every time. Our local staff are focused on key account support, supply and delivery logistics and customer service. We aim to think globally and operate locally to deliver the level of supply and service our customers have come to expect.
