Armbrust Award: Shell Aviation is named Best International Jet Fuel Marketer
For the second year running, Shell Aviation has been named Best International Jet Fuel Marketer in the prestigious Armbrust Aviation Group's 12th annual Awards - a title Shell Aviation has obtained for three of the past four years.
In addition to the number one spot overall, Shell Aviation also gained the title of Best Jet Fuel Marketer for Latin America.
Commenting on the award, Sjoerd Post, Vice President Shell Aviation said, "We are absolutely delighted to receive this award for the second year running and are humbled by our customers' appreciation. Competition in this business is intense with the margins between winning and runner-up small. This award is fantastic recognition for all the hard work put in by Aviation staff and will provide renewed energy to continue to strive for success now and in the future."
The survey is the aviation industry's largest independent review and reflects the views of the 50+ airlines consuming more than 24 billion gallons of jet fuel per annum, and 20+ marketers selling 35 billion gallons to the industry.
