Out of Hours Helpline

Shell Aviation Out of Hours Helpline is available to help you in emergency situations allowing Shell Aviation to always be there for you. It is an out of hours service so there is always help at hand day or night.

You can use this service at those times when it is outside of your account manager’s normal business hours.

To speak to one of our trained helpline staff please dial the relevant country number in the list below.

Dial the relevant freephone country number where you are located (or the nearest
country to this) and you will be automatically connected to a member of our helpline staff who will liaise directly with the airfield to arrange the fuelling on your behalf.

The Out of Hours Helpline will assist with emergency type situations including:

     »  Ad hoc fuel requests with short notice

     »  Fuel requests due to flight diversions

     »  Confirmation to airports at any noncontracted locations that you are a Shell Aviation customer

The Out of Hours Helpline is an additional and complimentary service and your account manager remains your main focal point. This emergency fuelling service is available outside of your account manager's normal working hours.

Please note that if standard contract pricing terms for a given location have been agreed in advance with your Account Manager, these will apply in the event of any variation from those advised by the Helpline focal point.
