Cleaning with AeroShell® Flight Jacket™ Products

AeroShell Flight Jacket Polish can be applied in two ways–with a hand-held orbiting polisher or with the AeroShell Flight Jacket Anti-Static Hand Pad. Clean the aircraft as outlined in the prior section before applying AeroShell Flight Jacket Polish.

1 ] Make sure all sensors, transmitters, static ports and other sensitive areas of the aircraft are covered or protected.

2 ] Divide area into reachable sections. Apply small amounts of AeroShell Flight Jacket Polish to the polisher pad.

3 ] Work product into surface. Bring to haze and buff until haze is gone.

4 ] Make sure proper pressure is applied and do not leave orbiting polisher stationary on one area or paint could be damaged by the orbiting polisher.

5 ] Using AeroShell® Flight Jacket™ Microfiber Cloth or AeroShell Flight Jacket Anti-Static Hand Pad, remove excess residue from surface.

6 ] Repeat these steps on all areas of aircraft.

1 ] Make sure all sensors, transmitters, static ports and other sensitive areas of the aircraft are covered or protected.

2 ] Divide area into reachable sections. Apply a small amount of AeroShell Flight Jacket Polish to slightly dampened, clean AeroShell Flight Jacket Microfiber Cloth or AeroShell Flight Jacket Anti-Static Hand Pad.

3 ] Using circular motion, work product into surface. Let dry to haze.

4 ] Using a clean AeroShell Flight Jacket Microfiber Cloth, remove hazed residue from surface.

5 ] Repeat these steps on all areas of aircraft.
