Importantly, when sold, the products were within specifications and there was nothing wrong with the quality or performance characteristics of the products. Whilst the majority of the products are for industrial, commercial or agricultural use, we wish to ensure that all customers are aware of how to handle and store these products safely. This issue affects products already sold and some products in Shell warehouses. Thus, as a precaution, Shell has suspended issuing the affected products from our warehouses until we can ensure that the correct labels are attached to each product.
