Internship Application Process

The purpose of our application process is to find out whether our expectations and opportunities fit together with your talents and career aspirations.

The first stage is for you to complete our online application form.We recommend that you preview the application form and draft your open-ended answers on paper before starting and submitting your application.

You will also need to prepare your CV/resume.

The second stage is a short (15-20 minute) phone interview. This is designed to give us an opportunity to investigate our selection criteria in more depth. Specifically, we will ask you to analyse a contemporary topic.

The interview will take place either face-to-face or over the telephone and will last approximately 50 minutes. You will be asked some behavioural questions relating to your previous experiences, achievements and challenges. Finally, you will be given the opportunity to ask any questions you may have about Shell and potential employment with us.
