The Shell General Business Principles, Code of Conduct and Code of Ethics help everyone at Shell act in line with these values and comply with all relevant legislation and regulations.
Shell General Business Principles
Our principles are based on our core values of honesty, integrity and respect for people and are part of everything we do. They apply to all our business affairs and describe the behaviour expected of every employee.
Code of Conduct
Our Code of Conduct guides employees on how to apply the Shell General Business Principles in line with our core values.
Code of Ethics
The Code of Ethics outlines the requirements for our Principal Executive Officers and Senior Financial Officers.
Shell Global Helpline
We have established a Global Helpline to allow employees and stakeholders to raise concerns and report instances of potential non-compliance with our values and principles.
