Shell Sustainability Report 2006 dialogue

The last dialogue put the Shell Sustainability Report 2006 in the spotlight.

Catch up with Graeme Sweeney, Vice President, Shell International Renewables B.V, and Roxanne Decyk, Corporate Affairs Director as they take your questions in a filmed interview.

Biographies

Graeme Sweeney
Since 2005, Graeme has been Executive Vice President of Shell's Renewables, Hydrogen & CO2 business. Graeme joined Shell in 1976 and has worked in various roles in manufacturing, sales & marketing and consultancy. In 1997, Graeme was appointed Vice President of Fuels where he launched the first successful differentiated fuels programme. In this role, he laid the foundation for Shell's move into the hydrogen business. Before joining Renewables & Hydrogen, Graeme was Vice President Manufacturing Supply and Distribution for Shell Europe Oil Products. Graeme has PhDs in both Mathematics and Physics from the Victoria University of Manchester and is a Chartered Physicist.

Roxanne Decyk
Roxanne is the Corporate Affairs Director for Shell International. In this capacity, she oversees regional business coordination, global government affairs, communications, policy, security and Shell's health, safety and environment function. Prior to this position, Roxanne led strategy for Royal Dutch Shell and served as Senior Vice President for corporate affairs and human resources for Shell Oil Company in the US. Earlier in her career she held senior positions in the oil and automotive industries and practiced law. Roxanne has served on corporate boards in the US and UK over the past 20 years and is active in international women's organizations. She is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations.
