The Shell Refining Company (Federation of Malaya) Berhad Audit Committee
was established by the Board of Directors on 22nd September 1993 to: • Assist in discharging the Board's responsibilities relating to the Company's management of internal controls, accounting policies and financial reporting;
• Provide by way of regular meetings, a line of communication between the Board and the Company's internal and external auditors.
