FCC Pretreat Fundamentals of Operation:

June 15-19, 2009

The course’s main objective is to provide the process engineer with a practical and detailed understanding of FCC Pretreat Unit operation with a focus both within the unit and downstream at the FCC Unit. On request of previous attendees, we have added a specific FCC Pretreat unit corrosion session to the course program this year. This course is geared towards process engineering personnel concerned with the daily operation and monitoring of FCC Pretreat units.

 

We have designed the course to encourage a free and open exchange of information between the participants. To this end, we incorporate group exercises and utilize process simulation exercises to aid in the learning process. We believe this format allows our customers to maximize the value they receive from this course. Fundamental concepts will be taught objectively without reference to specific Criterion products.

 

All lesson topics will tie the FCC Pretreat unit and its impact upon the FCC unit.
