A lot of web pages can be difficult to view because the text is too small to comfortably read. Learn how to magnify the screen or change the text and background colours to suit your needs.

Help navigating the site

Often websites are designed without thinking about the needs of non-mouse users, this section explains how you can navigate Shell web pages with your keyboard as well as steps taken to make overall navigation easier for everyone to use.

Help with downloads

You may encounter links to PDF, Zip, Word, Power Point and video files. As we add more multimedia applications, we are increasing the amount of online video which is captioned, has audio description and transcript.
