1. In signing up for this promotion, the customer agrees to terms & conditions stated henceforth.

3. Cylinder deposit of $20 is applicable for new customers. A receipt for the S$20 cylinder deposit will be issued by Shell Gas distributor to the customer. Should the customer return the Shell Gas cylinder , this receipt must be presented to Shell Gas distributor for a refund.
4. Customers using other LPG brand are required to trade in their existing regulator for a Shell regulator free of charge.
5. Advance booking for promotion is not permitted. 1st cylinder under promotion must be delivered by 31st Dec '09
6. All orders under this promotion must be made via 6383-0808 and is applicable for household customers only (12.7kg/14kg orders)
7. Each household can sign up for this promotion once only.
8. Customer are required to fill in their particulars completely & correctly in the promotion card
9. This promotion card must be returned to our Shell Gas authorised distributor for redemption of the Free 12.7kg cylinder
10. The Free 12.7kg Cylinder must be redeemed within 2 years from installation date or card issuance date, & orders/redemptions must follow number sequence of the 10 boxes.
11. The customer shall ensure that the distributor stamps in the correct order boxes as proof of cylinder delivery & vouchers redemption. Shell Gas shall not be liable for any delivery or redemption discrepancy.
12. Discounts & Vouchers are not exchangeable for cash .
13. Shell Gas reserves right to change the free gifts stated to other items
14. Shell Gas reserves the right to withdraw the promotion or to make changes as and when necessary without prior notification.
15. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other Shell Gas promotions
16. These terms & conditions shall be governed & construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore and the parties agree to submit to the non-exlusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
